Deliveries on the Romanian territory can be paid cash on delivery or by card.
For deliveries outside Romanian territory payment can only be made by card.
Placing online orders implies specifying the products you want to order and paying the whole value of your shopping cart online, with a credit card.

Please note that the payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

CANCELING A TRANSACTION
If you decide to cancel a transaction, you have to know that your money will return to your bank account in 1 to 30 days, depending on the emitter’s policy.
PRICES
Our prices are in RON, VAT included. The shopping cart and the final order will display the simple and the VAT values separately ONE THOUSAND ELEVEN.SRL reserves the right to change prices at any time, without any previous notifications. EXCHANGED AND RETURNS
If the order was placed online, you have the right to notify us, by email, that you want to cancel the order, at contact@1011atelier.com , without any penalties. In case you want to return the products, without specifying any reasons, it has to be done in term of 1 to 14 days since the shipment was made.
If you want to change the product with another one on a different size, you have to contact us at contact@1011atelier.com, and tell us the new details of your order. The money will return into your bank account in 1 to 30 days, excepting the shipment price.

For us to accept a return or an exchange, the products have to be in perfect shape, ready to be sold as new, in their original packaging, with intact labels and documents.
Once we receive your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 30 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
